Cost |

- Initial visit is $130; Includes:a. complete blood work up, and b. visit with physician
plus the cost of medicine for 2 weeks (approx. $15 - $30)
- Return Visit - $50 plus cost of medicine - varies between $25 - $50 per month)
HCG Injection - $15 each
- We do not accept insurance as payment and do not file insurance.
- We do code receipts for patients to be reimbursed for visits.
